One of the things that we will miss most about this home, are the incredible views looking out our back kitchen or dining room windows, or from the back deck. Minimum 10%+ down payment preferred. The interest rate for the Contract for Deed could range between 6.5 to 9.0%, depending upon how much you offer as down payment, and your current credit status. The higher your down payment, the lower we will consider for your interest rate.
Bruised credit may be OK. We will consider the causes for any lower scores, as well as your efforts/plans to improve your credit rating. We can also recommend a non-profit credit repair company to help you rebuild.
Of course, people with great credit are welcome to make an offer too! We just have a special reason why we don’t want to pay off our own current mortgage for a while.
This Contract could be amortized over 15 to 40 years, however we agree to set it up, in order to create a monthly payment to best fit your budget. We can discuss different scenarios to find the right plan for you and your family.
